The new facility serves as a concession building, complete with a kitchen and large outdoor covered patio. The first floor of the two-story building also features locker rooms, gender-neutral restrooms, a mechanical room, and custodian room. The second floor features offices for coaching staff, as well as a large observation room. This observation room provides spectators with a continuous 360-degree view of the 12 new tennis courts, which were constructed in Phase I of the project.
