The project involved the renovation of the geothermal drilling, the installation of a new geothermal heating and cooling system, new parking areas, and paving. CORE also constructed a new classroom wing, gymnasium, and auditorium. The high school was constructed on a slab-on-grade and structural concrete foundation with a steel structural frame, an exterior consisting of masonry block and metal panels, and a built-up roof.
