The facility houses a drama room, a music room, a multimedia production studio, and a 400-seat capacity auditorium with a stage and associated storage. The project also featured the demolition of the existing student parking lot and the construction of a new parent\/staff parking lot in a different area on the school&#8217;s campus. The performing arts center was constructed on a slab-on-grade concrete foundation with a masonry and steel structural frame. A masonry exterior and a steel joist TPO roof completed the construction.
