The fitness and health center features fitness classrooms, locker rooms and showers, a 9,000-square-foot multi-use gymnasium, weight training and conditioning area. The soccer-specific facility boasts a 100,000-square-foot natural grass playing surface, a 400-meter decomposed granite track around the field, sports lighting, an electronic scoreboard, a fieldhouse for team storage, bleachers and parking areas. The facility was constructed on a spread footing foundation with a concrete masonry unit and steel structural frame. An exterior of metal panels, translucent wall panels, concrete masonry unit, and an insulation and finish system with a single-ply roof completed the construction.
