The garage was constructed of cast-in-place concrete with post-tensioned concrete parking surfaces, concrete finish with curtainwall, skylights, storefronts, and a canopy. The garage features a green roof system which was integrated into the structure with post-tensioned concrete with foam, engineered landscaping, and a water capturing system for irrigation and gray water use.
