The project featured 53 customer service windows, a commercial driver&#8217;s license office and testing center, a motorcycle testing area, an inspection station, and an 11,351-square-foot stand-alone emissions facility. The drive-through emissions laboratory included two bays, one with an in-ground dynamometer testing station and the other with a vehicle lift for inspections. The project also features the first drive-through DMV kiosk, a food service cafe, a hearing office with bulletproof glass and doors, a breakroom with outdoor seating and lockers, and 550 parking spaces.
