The facility features modern medical laboratories, advising offices, a campus library, simulation laboratories, classrooms, a demonstration garden, a conference space, and collaborative study areas for students. The project also includes building systems comprised of a four-pipe hydronic heating and cooling, lab air valve exhaust, biological safety cabinets, fume hoods, and specific, measurable, appropriate, realistic, and timebound classroom walls.
