The facility houses 13,700 square feet of classroom space, a 15,200-square-foot gymnasium, and a 6,700-square-foot music auditorium. The construction consisted of a concrete foundation with a structural steel and precast concrete frame, a precast concrete and brick exterior, and a thermoplastic polyolefin membrane roof. The project also features tennis courts, baseball fields, softball fields, a soccer field, and a running track.
