The facility serves as a religious performance and worship center. The auditorium addition was constructed on a concrete foundation with a steel structural frame, an exterior of brick veneer and EIFS, and a standing seam metal and membrane roof. The project also features aluminum storefront doors leading to the foyer for interpersonal fellowship, natural gas piping, HVAC units, a parking lot, and landscaping.
