The facility serves both the members of the community and students in the district. The project features a gymnasium with a basketball court, an indoor track, a weight room, a wrestling room, an exercise room, classrooms, and a full kitchen. This project received the National Concrete Masonry Association (NCMA) and the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICIPI) concrete Masonry Design Award of Excellence. The new gymnasium was constructed of a spread footing and grade beam foundation with a concrete masonry unit and a steel structural frame with a glazing, metal panel, and concrete masonry unit exterior, and a standing seam, single-ply roof.
