The facility houses the college&#8217;s Cardiorespiratory Sciences Program and the Office of Health Programs Advising. This project includes a student lounge area, a caf\u00e9, classrooms, computer and science laboratories, faculty offices, and medical examination rooms. The classroom building was constructed with sustainable elements, such as enhanced day-lighting to provide energy-efficient lighting options.
