The facility features one- and two-bedroom apartment homes. Each home features large walk-in closets, fully-equipped kitchens, and access to a private screened lanai from both the living room and the master bedroom. The project also featured the construction of an independent clubhouse facility with a kitchen, club room, fitness center, and beauty center as well as a swimming pool, sun deck, and private parking beneath each building.
