Renovations to the existing three-bay fire station included the demolition and modernization of interior finishes, and the expansion of the facility&#8217;s six dormitories. The new addition features an apparatus bay, battalion chief quarters, and a fitness room. The addition was constructed on a concrete slab-on-grade foundation with a wood structural frame, an exterior of stucco and stone veneer, and a concrete tile roof.
