The project additions featured a lobby area, study, dining room, office, and fitness room. In addition, the existing interior of the station was remodeled to provide new dormitories, a kitchen, and storage areas, and the renovations included interior finishes, interior walls, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as new electrical fixtures, ductwork, roofing, trusses, and roll-up doors. The project also included new parking lots, a new septic system, and two new pre-manufactured buildings.
