The project features a large gymnasium with three basketball and six volleyball courts, a mezzanine-level running track, a fitness center, a rock climbing wall, and a large multipurpose event center. The recreation center also supports administrative offices and collaborative spaces for the Town of Merrillville\u2019s Park Department, a landscaped patio area, and a large multipurpose sports field.
