The National Guard Speedway Readiness Center project consisted of the new construction of a two-story, 71,000-square-foot readiness center for the Nevada Army National Guard. Classified as a mixed-use facility, it seamlessly integrates assembly, business, and storage occupancies to meet diverse operational needs. The project included major site amenities including a secured entry point and site perimeter, access roads, personal vehicle parking, military and heavy equipment storage, and a 2,800-square-foot enclosed metal building. The primary structure was constructed on concrete slab-on-grade and slab-on-deck foundation with a combination of concrete masonry and steel post\/beam vertical assemblies.
