The facility houses the battalion chief&#8217;s office, seven dormitories, a police officer work area, and watch office. The project features three equipment apparatus bays, a fitness room, turn-out gear storage, and a kitchen. The project also includes a driveway entrance, site fencing, an electric rolling gate, and a covered patio with BBQ grill. The fire station was constructed of a spread footings concrete foundation, wood structural frame, an exterior of stucco and brick veneer, and a metal roof.
